LinkLink Fitness, LLC (“LinkLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the LinkLink platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: Name, email address, mobile phone number, and password when you register
• Profile information: Role (trainer or athlete), coaching relationships, and preferences you configure
• Communications: Messages or inquiries you send to us

2.2 Fitness and Health Data

When you connect third-party fitness platforms or wearable devices to LinkLink, we may collect:

• Activity and workout data (duration, distance, pace, power, etc.)
• Heart rate and cardiovascular metrics
• Sleep data and recovery scores
• Training load and readiness metrics
• GPS and location data associated with activities
• Body metrics (where provided by connected platforms)

This data is collected only when you explicitly authorize a connection to a third-party platform. You may disconnect any integration at any time through your account settings.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• IP address and general location
• Pages or features accessed and time spent
• Error logs and crash reports

2.4 SMS and Communication Data

If you opt in to SMS messaging, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We retain records of message delivery and opt-out requests as required for compliance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Aggregate and display your fitness data from connected platforms
• Route data between connected platforms as directed by you or your trainer
• Generate AI-powered insights and coaching recommendations
• Send transactional and product-related SMS messages (with your consent)
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Monitor for security issues and prevent fraud
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your Fitness Data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.

4.1 With Your Trainer or Athlete

If you are an athlete, your connected Fitness Data may be visible to the trainer(s) you have authorized within the platform. If you are a trainer, you may view data for athletes who have granted you access.

4.2 With Connected Platforms

When you authorize a data integration, LinkLink exchanges data with the applicable third-party platform on your behalf. Each platform’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

4.3 With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics, SMS delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data only as directed by us and in accordance with this policy.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LinkLink, our users, or others.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

LinkLink is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not a healthcare provider. The Fitness Data we process is not considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. However, we treat Fitness Data with heightened care and apply the following practices:

• Fitness Data is used only to provide the Service to you
• Fitness Data is not sold, licensed, or shared with advertisers
• Fitness Data is not used to make decisions about your insurance, employment, or creditworthiness
• We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of this data

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated data
• Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data
• Opt-out of SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS message from us at any time
• Disconnect integrations: Remove connected platforms through your account settings at any time

7.1 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you connect to through the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above or by providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
